This Is How My Story Began
The Bible says, when you delight yourself in him, he will give you all the desires of your heart. I am a living testimony.

As a little girl, I would watch my mother style her clients hair and the gratitude and thanks she received. I knew what I wanted to be. I could just see myself being featured in hair magazines!
However, I knew it would not be easy due to my circumstances. I dropped out of school in sixth grade because of some learning disabilities that went undiagnosed. I literally had to repeat each grade level twice until the sixth grade because there weren’t any test or support in place at the time. This put me in the sixth grade at the age 15. Discouraged and frustrated, I dropped out. Shortly afterwards, I became a single mother of three beautiful children with very little education.

But God!
Good things happened at age 19. I became saved and started living for God. Since then, I attended and graduated from Dallas Barber College, earned my high school diploma, instructed others in hair care and graduated from Collin College in May of 2015.
Now, I’ve been a hairstylist for nearly 24 years and instructed other stylists for two years at Dallas Barber College. I’ve been featured twice in Sophisticate’s Black Hair magazine. Shortly thereafter, I created this Blessed Grow By Ms. P hair product line. Ms. P Braids And Fashion Boutique is a private salon that provides the quality of service and attention to detail my clients deserve. I specialize in hair extensions, sew-ins, braiding (cornrows, kinky twists, box braids, crochet braids, etc.). My clients remark at my speed and precision. I regularly complete box braids in less than 3 hours! I consider each client an individual with his or her own needs and style goals. My highest priority is a complete and total satisfactory salon experience. As a personal salon stylist, I will help create and maintain a look that is unique to your personal lifestyle. I am available for services Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. My motto is The Hands touch it, the Eyes see it and the Soul feels it.
